#19 PIRATE MAP

Objavljam še tretji zemljevid, ki je bil narisan z enakim namenom kot prva dva, torej iskanje zaklada v otroški igralnici (tukaj in tukaj). Kot se hitro opazi, je ta na tematiko piratov. Danes objavljam nekoliko krajše besedilo, saj moram urediti še neke druge stvari, ki me čakajo. Uživaj miren večer!

// I am publishing the third map, which I drew with the same purpose as other two (here and here). It was created for a treasure hunting game in the children's playroom. As you can see, the map is pirate themed. Today the published text is a bit shorter, because some other things came up today. I hope you have a nice and calm evening! 

#17 LONG WHITE DRESS

Veliko deklet ali žensk si želi obleči dolgo belo obleko enkrat v življenju. Nekaterim uspe, nekatere si jo oblečejo večkrat, druge pa nikoli. Kakorkoli, pomlad me spominja tudi na čas porok, saj se v tem obdobju število le-teh poveča. Narisana bela obleka je elegantna, dolga in vseeno ravno prav seksi. Te tri besede dobro opišejo tudi obleko, kakršno bi si izbrala sama, če bi bila pred to odločitvijo. Sprva sem mislila, da bom celotno risbo senčila zgolj s svinčniki. Začela sem z obleko in se med tem odločila, da bom ostalo pobarvala z barvicami. Dodala bi še to, da obleka žal ni moja zamisel. Z ilustracijo sem zelo zadovoljna. Upam, da bo navdihnila tudi koga izmed vas za to življenjsko odločitev.  

// A lot of girls or women have a wish to dress that white and long dress once in a lifetime. For some of them the wish comes true, some wears it more then once, others never. However, spring reminds me of the wedding time, because at that time the number of weddings increases. The white dress which I draw is elegant, long and it is just right sexy. Those three words very well describe the dress which I would chose, if I would be at that point in my life. At first I thought to just shade all the drawing with only pencils. I started with the dress and during that time I decided to colour the rest with the coloured pencils. I would like to say that unfortunately this dress is not my own idea. I am satisfied with how the illustration came out. I hope that it will inspire some of you for this life decision. 

#16 TREASURE HUNTING FOR PRINCESSES AND PRINCES

Danes bi rada z vami delila še eno risbo, ki je nastala pred kratkim. Ta je druga v seriji zemljevidov za iskanje zaklada v otroški igralnici. Na prvi so vključena igrala precej očitna. Na tem zemljevidu pa je vse skupaj bolj skrito in mora otrok oziroma skupina otrok bolj razmisliti, kaj predstavlja posamezna enota zemljevida. Kot lahko vidiš, je tematika tega zemljevida bolj v smeri princes in princev. Veselim se že, da bom videla otroke, ki uporabljajo ta zemljevid. Zagotovo se bo v praksi pokazalo, kaj jim je razumljivo in kaj nekoliko manj. Razlike bodo tudi glede na starost in ostale trenutne dejavnike.

Ob pisanju zgornjih vrstic pa sem pomislila tudi na splošno iskanje nečesa, kar ljudje pogosto delamo. Pogosto iščemo nekaj, čeprav ne vemo vedno točno kaj.  Včasih pridemo do iskanega ˝zaklada˝ po lepi in enostavni poti, včasih pa potrebujemo kar nekaj časa, kar nekaj namigov in predvsem volje, da pridemo do njega. Menim, da takšni ˝zakladi˝ niso nikoli v materialni obliki. Pravi ˝zakladi˝ so naša sreča, biti ljubljen in ljubiti, (se) sprejemati, (se) spoštovati, blagostanje (well-being), zdravje, zadovoljstvo in podobno. Upam, da vsak od vas čim bolj uspešno išče takšne zaklade in ne hlepi zgolj po materialni dobrobiti.

// Today I would like to share with you one more drawing, which rose not that long ago. This one is the second one in the series of the treasure hunting maps for a game in a children playroom. In the first one the playsets were pretty obvious. On this one everything is somehow more hidden so the child or group of children have to think a little more to figure out what each of the units represents. As you can see, the base theme of that map is something about a princesses and princes. I am looking forward to see children who will actually use this map. Certainly, it will be shown in practice what they understand and where they may have some difficulties. Differences will probably depend on age and other factors.

When I was writing the above lines I thought that we all are often looking for something. Often we are searching for something, but we don't actually know what it is exactly.  Sometimes we find the ˝treasure˝ we have been looking for with a nice and easy way but sometimes we need a lot of time, a lot of hints and above all a lot of will to come to it. I think that such ˝treasures˝ are never in a material form. Real ˝treasures˝ are our happiness, love and being loved, self acceptance and accepting others, self respect and respecting others, well-being, health, satisfaction and alike. I hope that every one  of you is successfully searching for  that kind of treasures and not material goods. 

#15 SHADING

Tudi današnja slika je v sivinah, narisana zgolj s svinčniki. Lahko bi jo asociirali tudi z današnjim vremenom, ki je bilo prav podobno. Nebo je bilo večinoma sivo in manjkale niso niti dežne kaplje. Risbe, ki so nastale nekaj časa nazaj navadno nekoliko analiziram. To se mi sploh ne zdi slaba ideja, saj se tako lahko samo izboljšam. Na risbi sem se predvsem posvetila senčenju obraza. Če bi jo risala še enkrat, bi se zagotovo malo več časa zadržala pri risanju las. Kot celota pa vseeno deluje dobro. Mogoče kdo prepozna osebo na sliki?

// Today's illustration is only in shades of grey. Only pencils were used. We can asociate it with today's weather, because it was pretty much the same. The sky was almost entire in grey and there were also some rain drops. One thing I often do is that I analize my drawings, which were made some time ago. I find out that by doing so, I can become a better drawer. I spend a lot of time on face's shading. If I draw this once again, I will certainly dedicate a little more time on the hair part of the illustration. As a whole, it seems to me that it's well made. Maybe is there someone, who recognize this girl?

#6 MORNING THOUGHTS

Zgodnje jutro, zeleni čaj in razmišljanje. Verjamem, da vsi predstavljamo eno, smo skupaj eno, hkrati pa je vsak posameznik sam zase. Vsakdo izmed nas mora narediti spremembo pri sebi, da bo dobro za vse skupaj. Pot do spremembe sta za začetek ljubezen in veselje, ki ju čutimo sami in ju oddajamo ljudem, ki nas obkrožajo. Zagotovo ostali to tudi začutijo. Prvo je torej potreben premik pri sebi, sledi premik pri drugih. Ljubezen do sebe in drugih je zelo širok pojem. Ni mišljen zgolj v ozkem pomenu, v smislu ljubezni med dvema zaljubljencema ali med ožjimi družinskimi člani. Ljubezen je lahko mnogo širša. Ljubezen je, ko se ob pozdravu drugemu iskreno nasmehnemo, ljubezen je, da smo pošteni in iskreni tako do sebe kot do drugih, ljubezen je, da ravnamo v skladu z naravo, da se zavedamo, da bo to zagotovo tudi prostor življenja naših zanamcev in je pomembno, kakšnega jim prepustimo, je ljubezen do vseh živih bitij, ne samo ljudi in najbolj prisrčnih hišnih ljubljenčkov ipd. Vsakdo je tu z namenom, ki ga mora poiskati sam in ga poskusiti uresničiti. Morda ni vedno lahko in se na začetku nekajkrat zmotiš. Nič zato, ne smemo obupati. In namen zagotovo ni škodljiv ne za nas same, ne za druge, ni kapitalistično usmerjen in ni nemogoč. Krog se tako sklene, več ljubezni in veselja, ki oddajamo, več ju prejemamo. To je zanimiv zakon narave, ki vedno deluje.

// Early morning, green tea and thinking. I believe that we all (together) are one, but at the same time each of us is a unique entity. Each of us should first change him/herself so that it will be good for all other people. The path to change lays in love and hapiness, which we feel ourselfs and consequently we spread this two feelings among people around us. For sure others feel this also. So, firstly you need to change yourself, and then others will follow. Love to yourself and the love to others is not the same thing. It is not meant like love between two lovers or love between close family members. Love can be a much wider thing. Love is when we smile to others when we greet him/her, love is that we are honest and sincere to ourself and others, love is when we act in harmony with the nature, being counscious that the nature will be a place to live for our descendants and it is important in what condition we leave this place, love is also love for all living creatures, not only people and the cutest pets that we have and so on. Everyone is here with some purpose, which it has to be found and tried to be realized. The path of finding and realizing is not always easy. And you can also make mistakes at the begining. But the important thing is that you never give up. And of course our own purpose is not harmful for ourselfs, neither for others and is certainly not capitalistic oriented and also not imposible. The circle is closed. The more love and hapiness that we transmit, the more love and hapiness we get. This is an interesting law of nature which always works. 

#5 EASYBLACK

Usnje, črna barva, enostavnost. To so trije pojmi, ki so ta čas precej popularni v modi. Za nekatere ilustracije se hitro opazi, da so izpred leta ali dveh, saj sem sedaj v obdobju, ko so mi najbolj všeč črna in bela barva ter jeans. Vseeno se mi zdi škoda izpustiti določene risbe za objavo, saj ni nič narobe z njimi. Verjamem tudi, da je tu marsikdo, ki ima rad žive in močne barve, kakršne so uporabljene na risbi.

 // Leather, black colour, simplicity. These are the three notions, which are the most popular in fashion world now. You can quickly find out, that some of the illustrations aren't the newest. In this period I like the most black and white colours and also the colour of jeans. However it seems pity to me, to skip some of them, because nothing is wrong with them. And I believe there are some of you, who like bright and strong colours, which were used on this drawing. 

#4 OPEN THE EYES

Včasih pride dan, ko ne dobim ideje kaj narisati. Tako pride tudi dan, ko se posvetim bolj tehniki risanja. Menim, da znanja ni nikoli dovolj in se vedno lahko še nekoliko izpopolnim/o. Danes objavljam fotografijo skice očesa. Takšne skice so bolj procesne narave in predstavljajo korak k izboljšanju risanja. Upam, da ti je vseeno všeč.

// Sometimes there comes a day, when I don't have a right idea what to draw. So that day I learn more about drawing techniques. I think we can never have enough knowledge and we can always improve it. Today I post a photo of a sketch of the eye. This kind of sketches are the steps that lead to drawing improvements. I hope you like it anyway.
